Ingredients
400 g beef fillet, cut into strips
30 g sesame
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 bell peppers (green and red)
4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp white wine
1 onion
4 tbsp soy sauce

Method
Peppers cut into strips, onion and garlic slices. Add some meat in sesame and fry in a highly heated sunflower oil for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add peppers and garlic and then another 3-4 minutes put the wine, soy sauce and chopped onions. As a boil, remove from heat. Optional can be served with a side of white rice.
