Ingredients
500 g veal
1 cup rice
1 carrot
1 onion
1 red pepper
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup green beans
7-8 prunes
sunflower oil, salt, pepper

Method
The meat is cut as soon as in small pieces, put it lightly cooked. In a separate pot sauté chopped onions, carrots, peppers, peas and green beans (most easily becomes a frozen vegetable mix). In Tray mixed vegetables, veal, add the washed rice and prunes. Seasoned with salt and pepper, make up water (in which it is boiled meat) and bake at 200 C
