Beef with spinach and soup thickener Niki

Ingredients
700 g boneless veal
500 g spinach
1 bunch green onions
1 small lettuce
1 carrot
3 sticks celery
mint or mint
1 tsp red pepper
sunflower oil
# For soup thickenerta:
the juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg
1 cup yogurt
Method
Fry the meat on all sides and add all other products, except for soup thickenerta (chopped) and 1 cup water. Leave to simmer until ready meat. Once the meat is boiled withdraw the pan from the heat and add the soup thickenerta and chopped mint.
