Beef steak with parmesan and tomatoes

Ingredients
500 g thin veal steaks leg
75 g flour
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
pepper and salt
125 ml dry white wine
2 small onions
300 g tomatoes
125 g feta cheese Parmesan flakes
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped basil
Method
Lightly beat the steaks and roll them in flour. Heat the butter and oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Put steaks and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry until brown on both sides. Pour the wine and let the fire until it evaporates. Remove the steaks and put them in a warm oven. Put the onions in the pan and fry. Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper. Leave the fire until the sauce thickens. Add steaks and sprinkle with feta cheese Parmesan, parsley and basil. Turn off the heat, put the lid and leave for a few minutes.
