Ingredients
200 ml beer
200 ml sunflower oil
1 cup ground walnuts
500 g flour
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch ground cloves in dough or 4 goals buds in syrup
10 g baking powder
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar (450 g)
1 vanilla
2-3 tbsp lemon or orange juice
optional - 3-4 capsules cardamom, lemon or orange peel, rose water or others.

Method
Heat the oven to 200 C. In a bowl mix the beer and the oil, add the cinnamon, ground cloves - if used, baking powder and the walnuts. The flour was poured all at once, stirring with a wire. Finally izmesva hands. Formed into balls the size of a walnut and arrange on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake 12-15 minutes and allowed to cool completely and can be prepared one day in advance. Boil 600 ml water with sugar, put spices (except vanilla) and lemon juice, allow to boil a few minutes. Remove the fire, withdrawn spices (or strain) and add vanilla. The beads are placed in portions to the hot syrup in about 1-2 minutes, then removed and allowed to absorb moisture. Harvested cool. It is better to stay to wet the inside. * The cookies are only damp, not syrup. If you want to be wet, flooded with the syrup and leave at least one night to take him. * In the dough no sugar, only the syrup. If you use more bitter beer, Pilsen or wheat, can increase sugar syrup. * You can make other shapes, then change the baking time - if thinner bake 2-3 minutes less. * Interesting and delicious option is obtained by adding 1/3 cup powdered coconut in the dough, and then pressed into a syrupy coconut.
