Ingredients
2 cups (400 g) flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) Cinnamon
1 tbsp (10 g) baking powder
1 tbsp (10 ml) rum
150 g butter

Method
All dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl. Add eggs, rum and macerate butter, then stir well. Was gradually added, under continuous stirring, the flour. The dough was allowed to stand for about 2 hours at room temperature, without the roof container. Waffle heat well and smeared with butter before baking each Waffle. Once cool waffles can be eaten immediately or stored for longer.
