Bites pork Shoppe

Ingredients
1 kg leg meat
2-3 onions
3-4 pickled peppers
3-4 pickled green tomatoes
cornmeal
pork lard
salt
paprika
Method
Cut the meat into chunks, place in earthenware pot or container with thick walls, sprinkle with paprika and salt it. Top put chopped onion and a little water. Court Cover tightly with the lid left to bake in a moderate oven. Separately, fry in fat green tomatoes, cut into pieces, and peppers, cleaned and cut into julienne. Sprinkle with a little flour and stir until it is fried. Sprinkled with a little meat sauce and add to pot. Cover again and asphyxiation continues on low heat until soft pig bites.
