Bites in Rome

Ingredients
800 g pork Box
200 g bacon
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup cream
oil
salt
pepper
Method
Pork fillets cut into thin uniform pieces. On each piece put a thin slice of bacon. Wound on rolls and arrange in a clay pot smeared with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour a glass of dry white wine. Bake about 25 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C. Five minutes before end of cooking add a cup of cream. When serving rolls pour the sauce. Prepare garnish with boiled potatoes, steamed vegetables pickle.
