Blini with semolina

Ingredients
250 g wheat semolina
200 g flour
10 g of dry yeast
600 ml liquid - water, kefir, milk or soda napita
1 tsp salt
3 eggs
125 g butter spreads

Method
Semolina and flour mix. In the liquid yeast is dissolved, add salt and poured into flour and semolina. Should be a mixture with a density of boza. If necessary, may be added to flour or another liquid. Mix thoroughly and stand in a refrigerator overnight. In the morning break to graying eggs and add to the dough. Fry pancakes in a Teflon pan. Spread hot with plenty of butter. Take a lot of butter.
