Ingredients
225 g butter
4 eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup cocoa
100-150 g hazelnuts
2 tbsp brandy (cognac) - optional
flour as you take (about 2 cups to get a little thicker than cake mixes)
200 g couverture chocolate or milk chocolate glaze

Method
Melting the butter and add the sugar. Beat the eggs and add them consistently cocoa, flour, ground hazelnuts, melted butter with the sugar and brandy. Spread the mixture in a baking dish coated with baking paper and bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes must remain slightly juicy. Once cool, cut into pieces. Melting chocolate icing in a microwave or in a water bath and pouring the pieces just before serving. * To obtain a darker color I used the grated chocolate, mixed with cocoa. * You can decorate with whole hazelnut, coconut or served with ice-cream.
