Bread-muffins

Ingredients
500 g flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp sour cream or yogurt
200 ml lukewarm water
7 g dry yeast
# For the topping:
100 g butter
in 1/2 tsp rosemary, marjoram, oregano, basil

Method
Mix the salt, sugar and dry yeast. Add beaten eggs, cream and lukewarm water. Knead dough elastic. Rest for about an hour. Melt the butter and add the herbs you like. Cut the risen disc of dough with scissors small bites. Immerse them in the topping and put them into molds for muffins. Collect 5-6 in a nest. Dose for 12 rolls, muffins. Top, sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 200 degrees in preheated oven 20-25 minutes.

several times already do them much like us :) I tried to replace dry spices topping with red pepper (about 1. L.) And also become very well.
