Very interesting proposal. I liked the way of cutting. Even I got the idea for sweet stuffing such as walnuts and cinnamon, homemade jam. Congratulations for the great recipe and photos - right stick my eyes.

Yes, and sweet stuffing happens only instead of melted cheese is better perhaps to put cream or cottage cheese ... And me just cutting my liking.

After stirring with a mixer not you doomesva hand to make sharpening?

confused with spiral mixers fleshy hand:-) Leave directly into the bowl to rise. Then naturally rolled as it is described:-)

So I never use these mixers mixer and I have no idea how density can be confused. May will take longer to try them! :)

Mim, I use them often and with them I get the best test yeast. Plunk amazing. I feel that 5 minutes stirring them equals 20 minutes kneading by hand. All tests can be confused with them, they are specifically for heavy dough with yeast or baking powder. But maybe I should say - I have stand mixer and a special bowl that rotates itself when the mixer starts. If you're holding his hand all the time is probably tiring. Find your assistant:-)

And my mixer is one serves me correctly almost 15 years. Perhaps the time has come for dough :) ... you hope not last!

Drop it in the slightest degree when meddle with it. So will not *trying* a lot, and do enough work. Put always first wet ingredients well broken wire or a *normal* prefixes, then changing the spiral and put dry ingredients. Any recipe to try so - formed. Only wheat flour I have not tried, but it should not be confused as short as possible.

Thanks for the guidance! Intrigued me this bread and must try!

Very tasty seems, will try.
