Ingredients
400 g cheese
1 egg
mashed potato powder, bread crumbs or flour
sunflower oil or olive oil

Method
The cheese is cut into plates with a thickness of about 1-1.5 cm. Each plate add some first in beaten egg, then in the mashed potato powder and fry on both sides in a frying pan with preheated oil. In order not to leak too much cheese, cut into slices can be placed for 30 minutes in the freezer before PANIC.

Extremely fast and became the first cheese I did not leak.
