Ingredients
500 g fresh feta cheese
250 g breadcrumbs
3 eggs
sunflower oil for frying
jam tomatoes

Method
The feta cheese cut into cubes 1 cm thick. Dip in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs, egg and breadcrumbs again. Fry in strongly heated sunflower oil or fryer. Serve with a spoonful of jam tomatoes. The sweet can improvise optional taste.
