Breaded zander with dill

Ingredients
300 g flour
60 g starch
2 tsp salt
500 g zander
60 g of fresh chopped dill
sunflower oil
1 tsp baking soda
salt
white pepper
lemon slices

Method
In a medium bowl 150 g sifted flour and mixed with starch and salt. Add 160 ml cold water and stirred until a smooth mixture. Cover the mixture and leave to rise for about an hour. Cut the fillet of fish 10 cm st diagonal pieces and rolled in dill. Heat the oil to 175 C. Before breading mixture panirovachnata sprinkle with baking soda and mix well. Pour the remaining flour in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper. Oval is fish pieces first in flour, then in the breading. Fry for 2-3 minutes until they are crispy. Remove and drain on paper. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve warm.
