Bruschettas with garlic cream

Ingredients
1 loaf
2 heads of garlic
40 ml olive oil
1 sprig thyme
1 tomato
pepper
Method
Baguette cut into slices with a thickness of 8-10 mm and roast (in the ideal case of barbecue). Garlic heads are wrapped in aluminum foil and put to print in a preheated 200C oven for 40 minutes. Once you are ready, divide into cloves and peel. Add olive oil and Strain. Thyme leaves were cut into small pieces and added to the resulting paste garlic and olive oil. Tomato cut into discs and bake (pan, oven, barbeque). Spread the slices with the resulting paste, and all put on a plate of baked tomato.
