Ingredients
150 g Brussels sprouts
1 cup rice
1 onion
1 carrot
5-6 mushrooms
1-2 cloves garlic
spices of your choice, salt
fat of your choice

Method
Cut onion and carrot fry, add the washed rice and lightly fry add sprouts and mushrooms and fry again, stirring constantly. Pour 1 liter of water or broth, add spices of your choice and left to simmer for a bit. Then it is poured into a baking dish and bake until ready.
