Bump kebab in Samokov

Ingredients
750 g lean pork
6-7 heads (500 g) onion
5-6 (400 g) red tomatoes
2 red chili peppers
1 tsp (5 g) paprika
5 tbsp (50 ml) red wine
1 tbsp (20 g) pork lard
savory
salt
Method
Chopped pieces of meat fry lightly in fat, then add the chopped onion and peeled and chopped red tomatoes. Dot and sauté until soft, from time to time the pan is shaken with two hands. Add the wine, chopped chili peppers, red pepper, savory and salt to taste. After 2-3 minutes kabapat is ready for serving.
