Buns for Easter

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 kg of flour
20 g yeast
125 g melted butter
1 cup jam apples or hips
sugar for sprinkling
1 yolk for brushing

Method
Yeast suspended in some of the milk, which should be tepid. Add 1 tsp of flour and sugar to give kashitsa. The mixture is allowed to warm until doubled in volume. Eggs broken with sugar until white. These carefully added slightly warmed milk. Once the yeast rise poured into a well in the sifted flour. Add milk-egg mixture. Knead dough, to gradually add the melted butter. Allow to rise for approximately 2 hours. Then the dough is divided into rounds and ovals are rolled or squares. On one side is smeared with jam and turn the buns. Baking paper is placed on the bottom of the pan. Arrange the rolls on it, smeared with egg on top, optional can be dusted with sugar and bake in moderate oven while try to stick whether they are ready.
