Burana with peppers

Ingredients
8-10 peppers
4-5 eggs
600-700 g yogurt
2-3 cloves pressed garlic
1 tsp red pepper
sunflower oil for frying
salt

Method
Peppers are cut into pieces and fry in sunflower oil. When ready add the eggs and fry until firm. Pour into a deep dish. Pour the yogurt broken with pressed garlic and salt. Top watered with fried in 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil paprika.

very good score from me. Just do not izparzhih and zapekoh of Teflon pan and put some cheese eggs. And, of course, fried fat was butter - flavor is unique :)
