Ingredients
400-450 g fresh peas
60-70 g butter
1 bunch parsley
1-2 onions
1 cup Rice
2 and 1/2 cup vegetable broth
salt, pepper

Method
In court with melted butter sauté chopped parsley and onion, then add the peas and broth or hot water. When tender peas, add the rice. The dish pour the vegetable broth and stew 15-20 minutes of very low heat until the rice absorb the liquid, sprinkle with pepper and serve. Note: If the dish is prepared with canned peas, fried rice onions until they turn glass type. Then add the peas with liquid from the can. Before removing the dish from the heat and add a little broth (or hot water) and finely chopped parsley.

Very nice recipe. going for a main dish and a side dish to various meats. Can a desire to put a carrot for more color.
