Ingredients
4 skinless sausages
1 cabbage
100 g butter
breadcrumbs
Salt
paprika
Method
Cabbage cleaned of upper leaves and cut into 8 slices. Run for 15 minutes in boiling salted water to soften, remove and allow to drain. The skinless sausages were notched at the ends and brew. Place in a large bowl and around them are the cabbage slices. The butter melts and fry the red pepper and breadcrumbs. Remove the bit before burn. With the resulting butter sauce watered cabbage. Serve while hot.
