Caesar salad with anchovies

Ingredients
6 cloves garlic
3/4 cup mayonnaise
5 anchovy fillets
50 g feta cheese Parmesan
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
1/4 cup (50 ml) olive oil
5 slices of dry bread
1 lettuce
salt
pepper

Method
Mayonnaise, chopped 3 cloves garlic, anchovies, 20 g of the feta cheese, sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and lemon juice mixed in a bowl. The mixture is seasoned to taste with salt and pepper. Place in a refrigerator before use. In a large saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat and fry it until golden cut into quarters remaining garlic cloves. Remove the garlic from the oil and fry it in diced bread. Stir often and kept the fire while acquire light brown color. Fried bread cubes are removed from the oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. In a large bowl put coarsely chopped lettuce and pour the topping with anchovies, remaining Parmesan and feta cheese counterfeit bread cubes.
