Cake with almonds and fruit

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
250 g butter
4 eggs
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) sugar
70 g dried fruit
60 g candied cherries
60 g candied orange peel
60 g almonds
2 tbsp (20 ml) milk
1 tsp (5 g) Cinnamon
1 egg white
shelled almonds for decoration
butter spreads
flour for dusting
Method
Softened butter and sugar is broken down to a foam, gradually add eggs and stirring. Pour a portion of the flour, cinnamon and milk. Finally add the finely chopped and mixed with flour and candied dried fruit and chopped almonds. Transfer the mixture to a greased with butter and sprinkled with flour form. The surface is decorated with almonds, coated with beaten egg-white and bake in a low oven for 45 minutes.
