Cake with apples and biscuits

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 and 1/2 cup flour (if necessary add a little more to the desired density of cake batter)
10 g baking powder
5-6 apples
3-4 tbsp walnuts
100-150 g tea biscuits
1 tbsp cinnamon
# For the chocolate glaze:
1 / 3 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
3-4 tbsp cocoa
50 g chocolate

Method
Peel apples and cut into cubes. Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with flour, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Eggs and sugar beat with mixer until blanching, add vegetable oil, milk, flour with the baking powder and walnuts. Mix well. Pour into a buttered and floured cake form 1/3 of the cake mixes. On it is allocated half of the apples. It ranks as part of biscuits. Then stretch even 1/3 of the cake mixes, apples and biscuits again. Finally pour and the remainder of the cake batter. Bake in preheated moderate oven. Once cool subtracted from carefully cake shape and pour the chocolate glaze, which is prepared by heating all ingredients and mix well.

gorgeous cake! I made some changes: doubled flour and reduced filling half (just put it in the middle). Missed and chocolate icing, cake sprinkled with powdered sugar (no one is waiting to do icing, we were eager to try it :)
