Cake with apples Swiss

Ingredients
250 g of apples
70 g peeled almonds
60 g raisins
300 ml milk
45 g semolina
120 g butter
3 eggs
120 g sugar
1 tsp (5 g) cinnamon
butter spreads
breadcrumbs for sprinkling
Method
Meal is placed in hot milk and boil H minutes while constantly stirring and then cooled. Softened butter mixed with sugar and stir to a foam, gradually add the egg yolks and 60 g finely chopped almonds, raisins and cinnamon washings. Yolk mixture is mixed with slurry from semolina, peeled and cut into thin pieces of apples and finally shattered solid whites. Place dough in greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form and bake in a low oven. Decorate the cake with the remaining almonds and serve hot or cold.
