Ingredients
          # For the base:
          250 g margarine
          230 g sugar
          4 eggs
          300 g flour
          1 tbsp baking powder equal
          100 g chocolate sprinkles
          # For topping:
          80 g rice
          500 ml milk
          2 leaves gelatin
          11 tbsp sugar
          500 ml strawberry syrup
              Method
              Margarine and sugar cream. The eggs are added one by one. Flour and baking powder, stir and add to butter mixture. Stir and add chocolate sprinkles and again stirred. The resulting paste was poured into a greased baking tray and baked at 175 C for 20 minutes. During this time the milk is boiled with rice and 7 tbsp sugar until thickened nice. Gelatin is put in water for 5 minutes, put the syrup to a boil, add 4 tbsp sugar and gelatin, leave to cool slightly. Put the base in a form anointed with rice mixture, pour on top with a semi-cooled gelatin mixture and place in the refrigerator for 1 night.
