Cake with peaches - IV type

100 g ground almonds (almond flour)
175 g of powdered sugar
30 g cornstarch
3 large eggs or five small
2 egg yolks
300 g cream (33% -35% fat)
4 large peaches
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 sprigs thyme
Make thin cross sections of peach and soak them for 30-60 seconds in hot water and immediately in cold and peel them . Cut in half and remove pits. In a dry pan pour the sugar and melted put the peaches on top of the hole down. Sprinkle with chopped thyme sprigs. Add the lemon juice. Bake until golden and turn. When the other side porumenee arrange them on a platter, off - should have a solid form. Beat the eggs and yolks. add almond flour, powdered sugar, starch and finally the cream. Mix well. Arrange the peaches with the hole in the top of the buttered pan, leaving space in which pour the dough so that the surface of peaches to remain clean. Bake 15-20 minutes. After subtracting wait 5 minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cake served with vanilla ice cream and a sprig of thyme.
