Cake with pears and blueberries

Ingredients
3 tbsp soft butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 ripe pears but pretends
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/3 cup fresh Mlaka
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1 yolk
1/2 cup crystal sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method
Baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm is coated with 1 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Pears are cut in half, peel and cleared of seeds. Arranged in the shape of the convex side down. Between halves pears distributed blueberries. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Both egg whites are broken down into snow with salt and thereto was added 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Beat in the fast lane about 2 minutes. Mix egg yolk, remaining 2 tbsp butter, vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Add half the milk and half the flour mixture. Mix. Put the remaining milk, orange peel and flour mixture. Again crashed. Carefully add the beaten egg whites gentle stirring. The dough is poured onto the fruit. Bake 30-40 minutes in preheated oven at 180 C. baked cake left two minutes in the oven and invert on a plate. The fruits must remain on top.

Court of 24 cm is too big - pan with a diameter of 20 cm (maximum) is sufficient. Overall I would say that is palatable, Paul liked it a lot, I do not liked the combination of slightly dry dough with moist fruit.
