Cake with pears and cream cheese

Ingredients
1 cup flour
125 g butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 yolk
# For the filling:
125 g cream cheese
100 g cream
150 g sugar
800 g stewed pears
80 ml cognac
Method
The butter mix with sugar until white. Add the egg yolk and a little flour. Spread the dough in a greased with butter and sprinkled with flour baking dish. The edges of the dough is slightly raised, and it is pricked with a fork, so as not to swell. Baked to pinking. Once cool, the base is coated with cream, prepared as follows: stir cream cheese, cream, 70 g sugar and rum. Pears compote drain. Syrup compote boil 80 g of sugar for 10 minutes. Drained pears rank on cream cake. Finally pour the cooled syrup.
