300 g spinach
3 tbsp cooking cream
olive oil (sunflower oil), salt

Spinach stew in a pot with a little water and salt for about 10-12 minutes, remove and drain. In another bowl whisk eggs with wire and mixed with cream, add spinach. In a frying pan put 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and the mixture over low heat until browned, then using a plate turns and bake the other side.
