Ingredients
200 g mayonnaise
100 g of mustard
150 g peas
1/2 leeks
150 g chopped olives
200 g smoked salo
2-3 boiled potatoes
1 pinch black pepper and salt
Method
Potatoes and leeks finely. Mix with olives and peas. Add mayonnaise and mustard and mix everything well. The salad is seasoned with pepper and salt.
