Catalan cream

2 egg yolks +6
100 g of powdered sugar
100 g granulated sugar
1 liter milk
1 vanilla
rind of 1 orange
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Eggs and egg yolks fight with powdered sugar lightly heated stove. Add the boiling milk flavored with vanilla, grated orange peel, cinnamon, the mixture is placed in a glass dish. Put it to boil in a water bath in a large pot of 180 C for 30 minutes. When cool, the cream was left in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with fine sugar and put under very hot grill for 5 minutes to caramelized sugar. Allow to cool and then serve.

Great pudding. I guess maybe in separate bowls Jena spill.

I do all bryuleta and flanove normal glasses. When heated slowly, I did not have a problem. And this cream is delicious in Spain sell it ready as us mlektsa acid. In the Netherlands it has. And here in Germany have to bake it. Injustice!

Of course, that may in individual bowls, even desirable.
