Ingredients
1 kg of fish (catfish or carp)
1/2 head celery
4-5 medium onions
3/4 cup sunflower oil
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
3-4 red tomatoes
1 bay leaf
2 carrots
1 lemon
1-2 eggs
salt

Method
Carrots and celery cleaned and cut into cubes, then sauté until soft in slightly salted water. Onions cut into slices and fry in the oil, along with carrots, celery and garlic. Finally put to fry the flour, then add the red pepper and tomatoes, peeled and chopped. Allow the mixture to boil until the water boil off and again begin to fry. Diluted with hot water to moderately thick sauce. Wash well the fish, cut into pieces (1 per serving) and salt it. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes, then fry. Fried fish is placed in a vegetable sauce dish and put to boil on low heat for about 25-30 minutes or baked in the oven. Plates are served cold, as each portion on a piece of fish put a circle of tomato, and on it a circle of boiled egg and a slice of lemon.
