Cauliflower with a roux

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 onions
100 g breadcrumbs
1 tbsp vegeta
1 tsp salt
1 bunch dill or parsley

Method
Cauliflower broken by the cabbage into small pieces and boil in salted water, about 10-15 minutes. During this time the onion cut into small pieces and stew with vegeta. Stir constantly to not burn. When soften and get slightly brown color and pour breadcrumbs. Mix well and remove from pan. Cauliflower is drained of water and ordered a plate. Sprinkle with stewed onions and dill. Optional cauliflower can be pozaparzhi in the pan before ordering the plate.
