Charda tokanye

Ingredients
1 kg beef fillet
500 g chicken livers
150 g mushrooms
100 g red peppers
50 g onion
1 chili pepper
3 cloves garlic old
100 g tomatoes
1/2 tsp paprika
30 g butter
Method
Fillet cut into thin sticks and fry in the butter. Add livers, red pepper, garlic, finely chopped chili pepper and salt to taste. In a separate pot sauté peppers (chopped), onion, tomatoes, mushrooms and red pepper. These vegetables stewed meat is added. Traditional garnish for this dish are Galoushko.
