Charlotte with coffee cream

Ingredients
1 thin sponge ready base
400 g small biscuits
250 g whipped cream
chocolates and chocolate chips to decorate
# For the cream:
4 yolks
100 g sugar
500 ml milk
15 g gelatin
500 g cream
2 tbsp instant coffee
a few drops of vanilla essence
Method
Is broken yolks with sugar until white. Trickle pour warm milk flavored with vanilla extract while stirring. Pre-soak the gelatine in a little cold water. When the swell, is melted in a water bath and added to warm cream. The cream was allowed to cool, with stirring, followed by addition of broken cream. The cream was divided into two parts and one is added to instant coffee. At the bottom of a baking dish place sponge base (if larger cut in the end). Top is poured bright cream. With the coffee cream confectionery syringe is inserted into it in the form of large dots. Cake put in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Before serving sharlotata from the form and affixes removed with biscuits. Decorate with cream shattered and grated chocolate or chocolate candy.
