Cherry pie

Ingredients
4 eggs
pinch of salt
100 g sugar
100 g flour
250 g butter
500 g cherries
grated peel of half a lemon
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Yolks are broken down foam sugar and lemon rind. Then broken egg whites with a pinch of salt, add to the yolks, add flour and lightly mix. Finally added slightly melted butter. Thus prepared dough is poured in a buttered baking dish and arrange on it washed, dried, free of stones and rolled in flour cherries. Bake in moderate oven until it turns rosy. Once the cake cool, dusted with icing sugar and cut.
