Chicken with 40 cloves of garlic

Ingredients
1 lemon
1 chicken
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
rosemary
40 cloves garlic flakes
300 ml chicken broth
300 ml white wine
salt, pepper
Method
Cut the lemon in half and put half inside the chicken. Tie the chicken legs with thick thread. Smear with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Place it in a baking dish with a lid, add the cloves garlic, wine and broth. Cover with lid and bake in a preheated to 190 C oven for 1 hour and ten minutes. Remove lid and bake another 20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown. Remove the chicken from the court and set aside. With a slotted spoon remove the garlic cloves and half remain intact. The remaining clear of the husk and blend with the rest of the cooking sauce. Serve the chicken with the sauce and the reserved whole garlic cloves.
