Chicken with citrus and garlic

1 chicken about 2 kg, cleared the giblets and neck
2 oranges
lemons 2
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper, oregano
1 head garlic 3 tbsp dry garlic
200 -250 ml chicken broth
50 g pure butter

Peel garlic cloves and cut into pieces. Wash the chicken and dry. Rub the inside and outside with salt, pepper, oregano and half the garlic. The oven is heated to 180C. An orange and lemon are washed and sliced. The rest of the garlic slices orange and lemon are inserted into the abdominal cavity of the chicken. Legs are tied to each other with kitchen string or strip of foil. The remaining orange and lemon squeeze. The chicken is placed in a tray or pot with refractory breast side down. Olive oil, oregano, citrus juice and half chicken broth mix. With the resulting mixture is poured chicken. Bake 60-90 minutes. During the last 30 minutes of roasting chicken watered frequently with the sauce from the pan and the rest of the chicken broth. chicken dish transferred, withdrawn from Citrus inside. And I imagine it would be very tasty! Chicken with citrus is a classic, even with so much garlic is just for me!

Chicken became great. I first left it in water with salt in the recipe of Aliana *aquatic chicken*. Became very juicy and fragrant.
