Chicken in eggplant

2 eggplants
1 chicken leg
100 g cheese
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp flour
100 ml milk
olive oil or sunflower oil
salt, pepper
We heated oven to 180 C. cut the eggplants lengthwise and make incisions inside as diamonds, add salt, add olive oil and bake about 15 minutes in preheated oven. Extraction and dredging inside the eggplants, creases and reserve. Fry the onion and garlic, chopped. They add the chicken (cut and skinless). Fry the chicken until ready. Add flour and fry. Add milk in crushed eggplants and leave in the pan for about 2-3 minutes. Stuffed Eggplant with the mixture and grated cheese on top. Bake until golden.

Bravo! Very original and it seems - very tasty recipe. I have a question - 15 minutes Bake eggplant ready you are for consumption or serve only pads?

aubergines will dopekat later. Apparently initial bake to be able to carve more easily inside. One question - *do inside as diamonds* - meaning cut inside you?Interesting recipe, and offering options. Can be made with sausage, other meat, boiled or roasted with zucchini.Bravo!
