Chicken furnace

1.3 kg whole chicken
300 g potatoes
300 g zucchini
70 g carrots
100 g tomatoes
50 g pepper
1 tbsp pikantina chicken
1 tbsp curry
1/2 lemon
500 ml white wine
salt, pepper, thyme, oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
70 g butter

Mix pikantinata, curry, thyme, oregano and mix with about 100 ml wine. Lemon is squeezed out and added to the mixture. The washed chicken smeared with butter, then thoroughly smeared with the prepared mixture. Rub the mixture well, both outside and inside the chicken. In a suitable container insert the chicken, add the remaining wine and 200 ml water and leave it to stand. Peel the potatoes, courgettes and carrots. Cut them where to kupcheta where slices, where slices and put them in the court in the chicken. Allow to sit in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half until warm up the oven. Once the oven is ready remove the chicken and add the peppers and tomatoes, cut them just as chaotic top. Cut the butter and the same. Cover with aluminum foil or a suitable lid and placed in the oven for about 2 hours. Once you serve optional can add grated cheese. I have not tried it in the oven, but I guess at 180C degrees for about 2 hours will be ready.
