Chicken Galantina

Ingredients
1 large chicken or hen
700-800 g lean veal
700-800 g fat pork
2-3 chicken livers
2-3 chicken gizzards
1-2 handfuls of cooked mushrooms
salt
pepper
jellied broth
Method
Using a very sharp knife or scalpel to separate the skin of the chicken (hen), taking care to preserve the integrity and.
