800 g chicken fillet
200 g universal breading with sesame
pepper seasoning for chicken, salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Cut the fillets into bite sized pieces, pour with the oil and Salt. In a suitable dish pour breading, add pepper and spice chicken to your taste, beat eggs in another court. Dip in egg bites first, then oval in breading and intoned in a suitable pan (aluminum), covered with baking paper. Put the pan on the bottom and drop BBQ oven at 200C for 35-40 minutes (depends on the power of the oven - mine is 1300 watts). Serve bites with appropriate sauce of your choice and taste. * I did and bites with the finished mix for MAGGI Crispy chicken nuggets and Peko again 200C 35 minutes.
