Chicken hearts in tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 kg chicken hearts
500 g canned tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
2 onions
4/5 tbsp tomato paste
olive or sunflower oil for frying
salt
pepper
parsley

Method
Washed and clean hearts fried in olive oil and once golden brown in separate bowl. In the same oil fry the onion until golden with a little salt, add canned tomatoes and tomato paste - also pozaparzhi. After 10 min, and hearts and leave for 10-15 minutes to take from tomato sauce. When ready add the garlic and finely chopped. Leave for 2-3 minutes and remove from fire. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper before serving.

Bravo, the recipe is great, but should not be cooked in advance hearts?

There is no need to boil because first fry and when they add everything again boil.
