Chicken Lebanese

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup olive oil
# For the marinade:
3-4 cloves garlic
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp soy sauce
the juice of 2 lemons
salt

Method
Cut the meat into cubes. Products marinade mix and pour the meat. Better be steeped 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. Olive oil is heated and it is ready to fry the marinated meat. Serve with rice and garnish of your choice. Soy sauce can be replaced with uni sauce. For garnish: In the same pan in which the meat is fried, add a tomato (diced), two pepper, allspice, bay sheet and 3 tbsp white wine, a little salt. After evaporation of the wine - 7-8 minutes, the gasket is ready.
