Chicken liver-dolma

Ingredients
300 g chicken gizzards
300 g chicken hearts
300 g chicken livers
1 cup rice
1 head red onion
1 bunch spring onions
300 g mushrooms
mint, savory, salt
1 tsp paprika
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
dock or spinach

Method
Gizzards and hearts Boil in salted water and finally they are placed and livers because they need 15 minutes. In a pan with 4-5 tbsp sunflower oil fry onion, diced. Once you get a golden color add the chopped mushrooms (the form is optional). After poizpari water mushrooms add chopped onion and dock. Add spices and chicken giblets, which must be cut into cubes. The mixture is seasoned salt. Add the rice. All poured into the tray. I valleys where water boiling gizzards and livers, but not necessarily. Add 3 cups water or broth. Bake until the water evaporates.

Great recipe! I commute with chicken giblets and do topping k. milk and eggs and incredibly tasty.

It is wonderful! Love liver-sarma, no matter what meat is made.

Once I made with livers, now try livers with hearts, just each time gets very tasty!
