Chicken liver with onion and mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
1 packet fixe - Maggie (Chicken with mushrooms in cream sauce) or spices of your choice
200 g mayonnaise
pepper
1-2 onions
salt
cheese optional
Method
Livers are scalded for 5 minutes and drain. Chop or grate and fry, then add to the livers. Transfer to a baking dish and pour sauce made of fixes or spices with 200-250 ml water. Put it in the oven to brown, little by stirring from time to time. As the sauce is evaporated, livers are coated with mayonnaise and return in the oven. Bake until the mayonnaise is red. Optional can be grated cheese on top. Sprinkle with pepper, spice for trifles or spices of your choice.
