Chicken mashed

Ingredients
1 cup cut into small pieces of cooked chicken - bones and skin Bess
1/4 cup water
Method
Pieces of meat are placed in a food processor or blender and pureed. Then slowly add water and pureed until a consistency required. If the meat is cold grinding produces a fine paste. The amount of water may be less or more - depending on the preferences and the age of your baby. To this puree can be added and vegetables.

In meat purees and vegetables are placed so that it would be better to add 1 pc. carrot and potato, and a pinch of sugar.
