In a food processor put coarsely chopped chicken breast, onion and parsley. Strain is, until the chicken becomes minced meat. They add egg white, breadcrumbs, pepper and mix. Apple peel and grate on large-scale grater. Broth (Maggie or magical taste) dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water. To chicken mixture add the grated apple and reconstituted broth. Mix. A mixture slightly more fluid than that of the mince. Formed into meatballs slightly larger than a walnut. Rolled in flour, lightly pressed to pospleskat. Fry in a highly heated sunflower oil. Very quickly fry.

a lot of interesting recipe! Must try! Except I never put meat in the blender will wash then you better than him? Could not it go through the mill?

My robot chopper and water is just like a small blender. Yes, very easy to wash, the meat itself as bold becomes like a ball. I have not tried a meat grinder.
